ha, ha. I work for a mid size company and all the people in Accounting do look miserable. LOL.

My accounting major son is looking into the FBI as a forensic accountant. He would be an actual agent, go to Quantico, the whole deal. I think it sounds very interesting.

I'm curious what accountants are making these days. And does working in a big 4 get you to a higher payscale. What is the stress level?

Pick some of the schools on that list which your kid identifies with. Can't go wrong.

That's business. NOt accounting. Big difference

Accounting major or concentration is almost always under the business schools.
Going with the biz school ranking combined with overall school ranking is the safest bet.
Of course reference accounting specific info as well on the side.

Are you going to pick UIUC, UTAustin, Ohio, etc. over the other schools just because USN&WR ranked them higher?
I don't think so.

USN&WR ranks Ohio

I really wish there was some way to look this up. I would think by now colleges would have business schools and someone somewhere would list them and maybe even rank them.

Oh well - glad you have this site to google for you.

Are all colleges (that have business programs) in the Poets and Quants rankings? Or only if the colleges/alumni submit their information?
