THIS.

Either that or they aren’t testing at all because they don’t want to know.

My three kids have been in school, my two older kids spring break, keg parties, working in malls and childcare.

Look I am vaxed and all five of us booster shots. Heck I stayed at hotels in 2020. Went to weddings in 2021.

Is it even real? Let’s move on. Like bell bottom jeans and lava lamps this is over.

I know dozens of people who've had COVID and a handful who died.

Thanks for your meaningless personal anecdote, though. And no, it's not over. It's not up to you.

It is over. Heck, we don't even wear masks on planes anymore. CDC declared it over and the judge in Florida put the nail in the coffin (no pun intended).

So you think taking health guidance from a Trump-appointed judge is wse?

Better than taking advice from Fauci. He has been a disaster since the beginning.

And guess what? It’s fine. As long as hospitalizations and deaths stay low (as they are), it really makes no difference how many people have Covid. Kids especially.

My college student has it right now even while attending a school which required vaccines and boosters. She is not into the party scene and wears a mask way more that I do.

Even that judge did not say that covid was over...it is amazing how people invent their own reality

Maybe if you don't mind getting it, testing if you have symptoms, isolating if positive, and managing the response to a positive for your entire family. Some of us want to avoid missing work, having kids miss 5 plus days of school, sports, activities, and jobs, etc. It does matter how many people have COVID because more cases means a greater chance of becoming infected.

Imma just let you know that all of the resulting headaches caused by the positive result are due to policies, not the covid itself. Honestly, the restrictions provide plenty of incentive to NOT test, particularly when it's just sniffles and you aren't required to. At some point you'd think the public health authorities would realize this, but I guess that would require understanding human behavior versus pretending that people don't have school and jobs.

Interesting. I'll let my teen who on day 4 with COVID and was too sick to do anything know that policies, not COVID, made him miss two soccer games and three other games he was supposed to referee. I guess the sore throat, diarrhea, headache, muscle aches, and cough were created by a policy, not any real illness.

If someone has anthrax or ebola and knowingly boards an airplane (but you don't know that), is that "exercising freedom of individual rights" or "murder"?

Someday this could be the terrorist's weapon of choice. Be careful of the seeds you sow.

+1 million

It’s not the Covid that is causing issues anymore, it’s the overly strict quarantines and the other ridiculous policies our ‘public health officials’ have decided to require.

Yes. Vaccinated and boosted in December.
