Post it then.

That's the point - the only version is the edited one. Why might that be? Hmm...

If you believe there is not a recording of the full debate in the possession of the candidates or the Michigan GOP you are a deeply stupid person.

Nothing will bring out the electorate like these two actions.

In order to overturn Roe completely, SCOTUS will have to rule the inferred right to privacy on government intrusion into personal matters does not exist. With that decision, Griswold v Connecticut and Lawrence v Texas will no longer stand.

Do I think states will ban birth control or gay sex? No, probably not, but they have to be willing to have these decisions tossed out with the bath water.

They will be. They’re extremists and their actions are pretty nakedly partisan. Barrett, a woman who literally calls herself a handmaiden in her cult, is probably giddy at her messed up religion becoming the law of the land.

Republicans never believed in the Constitution; they’re showing us now in a variety of ways.

Still no answer. And it’s a simple question. Should MI be able to outlaw contraception?

There are plenty of legislators in certain states who would ban gay sex in a heartbeat. Or the faintest electrical activity 4 weeks after conception.

Wow this is just awful.

GOPers come defend this line of thinking.

Still waiting on Republicans to say whether or not states should be able to deny birth control.

Not one of the candidates said anything about "overturning" the decision. They did agree it was wrongly decided because of STATES RIGHTS. That is what this is all about.
The same as Roe v Wade. STATES RIGHTS.

This this this. Some of you should not post about legal issues because you lack all understanding.

So states can mandate vaccines and how your children are educated? Nothing in the constitution about that.

Last time I checked education is compulsory but public school is not. You can still homeschool in all 50 states or send your kid to private school.

And . . . wait for it . . . . they want to overturn it b/c it was wrongly decided.
