He sleeps, breathes, and lives football. It's an onnate part of him. He can't ever leave it behind. There are a handful of people like that. Brett Favre was one of them too. Vinatieri.

Brady posted to twitter at 7:13pm on Sunday, which is right after the NCAA men’s Selection Sunday bracket announcement which was from 6-7pm but BEFORE the womens NCAA tournament Selection Sunday show and announcement which started at 8pm. His announcement completely overshadowed the women’s show, and many media outlets have it minimal coverage because they pivoted to shine the light on Brady.
Brady doesn’t control his own twitter in a vacuum and this announcement was carefully crafted from the wording to the deliberate time of its posting. Did he just not care about the young men and women on these NCAA college teams, who were eagerly waiting for their moment, many teams with camera crews on site to capture their live reactions? For the commentary of the match ups and predictions discussed after on tv? Did he just not care whatsoever about the womens teams? I find this a total petty and d!ck move on his part. Most of those college athletes will not go pro, many will never have another selection Sunday. We’ve waited 3 years for a somewhat normal March Madness. Brady can kick rocks. He sucks. |
