Tom Brady retires

and wrote an essay saying thank you to so many colleagues, coaches, agents, managers, trainers, etc, back to his UM days, so much love for the city and fans of Tampa/St Pete and glowing love for his family . . . . And not a word to those insanely intense NE fans who cheered their hearts out (in freezing weather) for 20 years. Overall, I think Tom Brady has come out being truly one of the very greats and weathered a few storms, but sorry New England about the 20 yr snub.

That shouldn't matter. He said goodbye to them when he left. I am sure NE fans would love the honor of him retiring as a Patriot, but I think that ship has sailed.

Love him or hate him, he had a hell of a career - so many records! Wondering what is next for him? Coaching? Commentating?
