The case info for yesterday's cases is in the https://coronavirus.dc.gov website, but under Press Releases, "Coronavirus Data Update: March 11"

I came here to say that as reassuring it is to finally see email after email canceling events, I am not feeling comfortable at all as I wait for today's new batch of cases.

I came to ask why it hasn’t been updated in over 24 hours. Is there a new reporting location? Trying to conceal true numbers until they have a plan?

https://cathedral.org/coronavirus-update-march-12-2020/

We want to share the news that a member of the Cathedral’s worship team has tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus. This person was at the Cathedral, participating in our worship services, at 8 am, 9 am and 11:15 am on Sunday, March 8. This person also participated in some Cathedral staff meetings on Monday, March 9, and in a small-group setting on Wednesday, March 4.

On each of these occasions at the Cathedral, this person was not exhibiting symptoms and did not feel ill. When symptoms started to develop later, on Tuesday, March 10, this person immediately sought medical help and received a COVID-19 test. We learned late last night that those results are positive.

Do we know whether this person is included in the cases reported on March 11 or the cases to be reported this evening?

If we were being professional about this, meaning if we treated the situation like South Korea does, we'd have tested everyone who participated in any of these meetings, and anyone he lives with, or has been in a car with.

IIRC, Monday night'a data was posted at 9.45pm, and the Deputy Mayor tweeted the case info at 10:10pm.

On the DC covid website it seems to only have data posted every other day- so math 7th, 9th and 11th so maybe it will be updates tomorrow?

On the even days they changed the date but not the numbers.
It would be bad to declare a state of emergency but update the data every other day.

And yet, it’s not updated ...

And worse, they used to publish pending case #s and now they don’t
Anonymous
They have no idea how many cases they have.

They dropped the pending case #s once there were several different labs that don't report it.

But OMG it's almost 11 o'clock and we're not finding out whether today's extra number is in the teens, thirties, or what.

Then bloody add that to the page so people don’t draw the wrong but seemingly obvious conclusion.

Woah, they didn't update yesterday.

Are we still in the don't test don't tell phase?

This is a train wreck.

They are flying blind.

Now I don't have a good feeling about a 12:30 pm press conference the next day in lieu of a 6pm data refresh.

In an hour, I bet we'll hear of a Cheesecake Factory portion size batch of new cases.

Instead of being 45 minutes late this time, the press conference was postponed by 3 1/2 hours.

Not a single new case on March 12 and 13? Uh huh, right!

Just to clarify, Bowser press conference is now at 4 pm.
