But isn’t the Christ Church quarantine period almost over?

Has it been 14 days since all were exposed yet? I don't think it has.

CPAC's is. Some did have flu-like illnesses afterwards. Patient 0 is going to survive.

It's been 8 days for any of them who were there on Mar 3, the last day of potential exposure

That has been extended for those who were there on later days when we found out the church organist was positive. He was there on later days, to 5th or 6th.

Can someone remind me how the Gtown rector was able to be tested? Isn't foreign travel a requirement for being tested?

I think symptoms plus negative tests for other illnesses. He also attended some event in Lexington. Not sure if other positives there. Plus he meets 100s a week. Probably considered high risk and worth testing.

Are they no longer reporting where the positive cases have been?

Why National Cathedral & Cathedral schools were shut?

https://cathedral.org/coronavirus-update-march-12-2020/

We want to share the news that a member of the Cathedral’s worship team has tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus. This person was at the Cathedral, participating in our worship services, at 8 am, 9 am and 11:15 am on Sunday, March 8. This person also participated in some Cathedral staff meetings on Monday, March 9, and in a small-group setting on Wednesday, March 4.

On each of these occasions at the Cathedral, this person was not exhibiting symptoms and did not feel ill. When symptoms started to develop later, on Tuesday, March 10, this person immediately sought medical help and received a COVID-19 test. We learned late last night that those results are positive.

The case info for yesterday's cases is in the https://coronavirus.dc.gov website, but under Press Releases, "Coronavirus Data Update: March 11"

I came here to say that as reassuring it is to finally see email after email canceling events, I am not feeling comfortable at all as I wait for today's new batch of cases.
