I have asked a number of my friends--including those the same age as the accuser. Most think they would have told. Things like this are not usually secrets among teens.

And I have asked a number of my friends who are the same age as the accuser. And learned from some of them of their assaults of which I had never hearda word before. Does my anecdote trump yours?

Too many women have had similar experiences and can totally relate to this.

Where did it say she told current friends? DH thing not clear. She told therapist in 2012 but no name and conflicting key details (four vs. two). Somewhere she said she told DH, maybe even name but after 2012 as I recall. DH's word not valuable. Friends' word would be more so.

DH would back up wife no matter what even if not literally true--he's justify it as think morally true. Everyone knows this. Friends are far less likely to do this. And what she needs most is friends she told contemporaneously, not like in 2018.
