Yup. House of Cards is about to crumble. Then what??

I thought Mark Judge had already said that he doesn't remember any sort of incident with her, but then he doesn't have much memory of any high school party...

Well, he should say those under oath. Anyone can say anything on TV - like Trump's AF1 denial about Stormy payment and later Conway touting he was not under oath!

The spokesperson is now not even denying it. Saying it was "rough horseplay" and the victim misunderstood.

This is key - they aren't saying this didn't happen.

Not sure about other drugs but it fact, the timeframe was the peak of teen alcoholism, for what it’s worth.

Kavanaughs spokesperson? Link?

No one has responded to my previous question so I'll ask again. If she has been so vague with the time and place, how can he be so sure he wasn't there?

I think he is being paraphrased. Was it Hatch who said he wasn't there?
Could have been--I never was at a party like that. Translation: he wasn't there.

Good grief. You are saying he is lying for saying he wasn't there when she doesn't even know when the party was or where it was?

The Dems want the FBI to investigate. They have done background checks on Kavanaugh six times--which involves going to people who knew him in those days, I am sure.

So. Here's a suggestion. Let the FBI do a background check on Blasey Ford.

Didn't she already admit to drinking?

After Anita Hill, why should she? Not the way that Hill was treated, but the fact that Thomas was confirmed anyway. What difference will Ford make? It is up to Kavanaugh to respond. He's the nominee.

She has agreed to testify at a hearing, they just didn’t bother to contact her before scheduling it.

Great, have the White House ask the FBI for investiage everyone involved and the actual incident. You won’t find a single democrat opposed to that.

You mean he changed his story. What a surprise.

They have every right to assess the credibility of claimants. Very weird that you seem to think otherwise. Do you favor star chambers?

Hatch has already declared her to be "confused." Is he prepared to assess her credibility? Doesn't seem so.

1. She can't remember the approximate year.
2. She can't remember who else was there.
3. She can't remember where it was,
or even which neighborhood.
4. She can remember who's house it was.

Why is she so confused?
Was she drunk before she got there?

If I said to you, "I saw you at that party a year or two ago!"

And you immediately said, "I wasn't there! Wasn't me!" That would be weird, unless the last two years you didn't leave your house or knew without a doubt you never attended any parties.

You can't have it both ways. If she is vague, he can't know he wasn't there. He clearly went to plenty of parties with that cohort of kids during high school. He should never have said, I wasn't at that party.

Again: what is printed in the Washington Post article is not all that she remembers and is not all that she has told them. So *you* don’t know these answers; she may. And as has been said approximately 50 times on both threads: different people process trauma differently.

And there it is. He most definitely was there, did it but they’re going to smear her.

Perhaps opioid overdoses now. Per CDC, 72,000 dead Americans a year. Many are rich white kids. What's that? Two hundred a DAY?

How could she get away without testifying under oath???

Yes she has said she would testify under oath. Do you ever stop lying?
