At least one other person in PY is paying attention to what the board is up to. If I lived there, my biggest concern on that voting list would be the provision not permitting a member to serve on the board if he/she is in violation of rules and regulations. Interpretation of those rules are so subjective, they could keep just about anyone off the board. The only limitation should be arrears in assessments. At least that can be proven objectively. |
That “other person” is probably just Frank too. |
So much for your inaccurate IP tracker. |

I haven't visited this thread in about 30 pages.
Can someone please tell me, does Frank have a job? People like him are the reason people hate HOAs. Busybodies who have nothing better to do with their time. We don't live in PY, but nearby -- everyone knows about him and his constant shitstirring. |
Great question. Based on social media, he seems to do nothing other than go on vacation and whine about his HOA. If he has that much money and free time, I wonder why he doesn’t just move. Weird. |
|
Nah, the reason people hate HOAs is because they do stuff like seize common area elements for the personal, exclusive use of board members. |
And the use of HOA assessments on city parks and sidewalks per a board edict, and the citations for rules that are not related to the Declaration. |
When did that happen? Aren’t you leaving out critical details and context? |
Defensive much?

I came across a real estate sign at one of the ungaraged townhomes and was wondering if this indicates a new trend in the making. I am guessing the ongoing lawsuit could be unnerving for potential sellers in the area. |
Ok, Frank. |
I'm going to take that as no, Frank doesn't have a job. It was the same for the shitstirrers in the condo building I used to live in. It was always the same people without jobs who had nothing better or more interesting to do with their time. |
Idle hands are the devil’s tools. |
Why are they moving? |
