Potomac Yard (Alexandria) HOA — Issues?

Frank’s a joke. He won’t even post his own lawsuit. He just keeps whining on DCUM.

He’s embarrassed of it. Understandably.

"Mister nice guy." It appears that his agreeable demeanor is contingent upon not posing a threat to his unlawful parking spots. It is unfortunate that this behavior does not seem to be grounds for disbarment?

I don't live there and not a lawyer, but that seems extreme. I think if a lawyer has a vested interest in something that impacts them personally and financially then they cannot be impartial. In the law world, don't they recuse themselves? So all David and his ilk can do is step back and let this play out according to the law, in my (very admittedly uninformed) opinion!

it is lawyer's duty to uphold legal process.

A lawyer should further the public's understanding of and confidence in the rule of law and the justice system because legal institutions in a constitutional democracy depend on popular participation and support to maintain their authority.

I observed a new real estate sign recently. The sign was placed on a town home without a garage. This observation has raised some questions in my mind. I am curious about the reasons behind this specific placement. I'm wondering if this is simply coincidental or if there is more to the story. Therefore, I will keep this in mind for future references. If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate it.

?? Like the unit is for sale? So the sign is at the unit? that's how the signs work!

Thanks, Frank. Why don’t you post the complaint?

I am trying to understand if the lawsuit and the realtor sign at the ungarage unit are mutually exclusive.

What kind of answer are you expecting from a person who has misstated facts numerous times, including the statement "the city requires the ungarage units to have assigned parking on HOA owned property"?

He occupies more space in your brain than your family does. Who is the joke?

IT is fair to say that Frank is not the only one who wants to be charged for something they cannot use.

The HOA occupies more space in Frank’s brain than his own family does. Wasting his family’s money on BS lawsuits. Even if he wins (he won’t), such a waste of time.

Pick a lane. There is zero chance he could win if the city requires the ungaraged units in Potomac Yard to have exclusive use of 46 HOA owned parking spots.

Why does Frank quote posts without saying anything?
