OH’s super gerrymandered legislature can easily pass emergency legislation to extend the deadline or allow for contingencies like the withdrawal or death of the candidate before Election Day. The Governor of OH will sign it.

Nobody of any position in the Democrat Party would try to stop him from shivving Vance in plain sight. Why would they? They message is "bring it on," regardless.
