In another new revelation implicating Republican members of Congress, the committee shows texts from an aide to Senator Ron Johnson, Republican of Wisconsin, to a Pence aide indicating that Johnson on Jan. 6 wanted to hand-deliver a slate of fake electors from Wisconsin to the vice president. Pence’s aide responded: “Do not give that to him.”

Bowers testifies that he was threatened by a man with “three bars on his chest” — the logo of the Three Percenters, a far-right extremist group — in retaliation for upholding the law.

Has it been mentioned yet that apparently there was a documentary crew filming Trump and those around him before and after the election, and the committee just subpoenaed and received the raw footage?

Somehow almost no one knew about this project. That seems very hard to believe since you'd think people would notice the guys with the cameras standing around. Or maybe the crew didn't really have as much access as they've let on. Will be interesting to see what, if anything, is on those tapes.

I’m not really surprised. Seems like dozens of people have/had knowledge, didn’t necessarily agree with Trump’s behavior, but did absolutely nothing to stop it. Nothing to help democracy. Nothing except cash in on book deals and pundit gigs.
