Number to Call to Report Unleashed Dogs on Rock Creek Park?

Almost daily I run into someone with an unleashed dog on rock creek park... today was the last straw. My dogs are afraid of other dogs (due to being attacked once by an unleashed dog), and when I see an unleashed dogs on RCP I ask the owner to either hold or leash it so that it does not run up to my dogs and freak them out and become leash aggressive.

Today the dog owner refused and her dog lunged at mine. What is a number I can call (or email) to report unleashed dogs on RCP, as in the future I am bringing my camera and taking photos to report all unleashed dogs.

wow. it's a PUBLIC PARK. in the middle of an URBAN AREA. Go somewhere else where there aren't little kids, other dogs, runners, bikers... Rock Creek Park isn't your personal dog park.

clarification: just dial 911. if you're physically in the park, the dispatcher will know to send US Park Police and not MoCo or MPD

I agree with your point about not allowing people to let their dogs off leash in RCP, but there was no reason to pick on people who live in SS in a rambler. ( I don't btw but think they are fine)
