Really? I still have number of husband for former nanny. Maybe you don't live that way, but others do.

Pretty high executive with dealings with so many people. He has a driver, a few administrative assistants, etc. He prob doesn't have time to make a lot of calls on his own - his assistants, secretaries, and wife would have the numbers of people like this. So I don't think he would have use for *one of* his housekeeper's husband's number in his phone. *Maybe* his number for the housekeeper's but probably not even that, because if he needed her, his wife would make the call or give him the number to call or call the other housekeeper.

You are wrong. My husband has the phone number for our housekeeper. It sounds like this housekeeper also helped with the son so she was part nanny as well. Of course he'd have her number, and it's not strange to also have her husbands number -- maybe over the years (she's worked there, what, 15 years?) he's been in contact with the husband for whatever reason. It's not strange at all.

No you are confusing the two housekeepers. The hk they texted and told not to come to work on the 14th had been with them for 20 years. The slain hk had been working there for a short period of time she was relatively new she got the job through the 1st hk they were friends.
And whoever said SS wouldnt have the husbands number is very perceptive that thought never occurred to me. There is no way he had his number since the husbands only option was to knock on the door his wife didnt reply to him. He called her only her he didnt have anyone elses number so surely they didnt have his.

Every time I come to this thread, people here are so very cordial and respectful of one another and they stay on topic so well. Nonetheless I think I'll stick to Websleuths.

you wouldn't. your actual son - the one you nursed and rocked and kissed. you'd cut him out of your life forever if he did something terrible to another person? I just don't think I would. or should.

How about doing some critical thinking about what is unknown, at least unknown to the public and unresolved by police?
Review the arrest. View these two videos and try to identify Darron.

http://www.myfoxdc.com/clip/11523919/us-marshal-details-arrest-of-daron-wint
Notice there are actually two Wint's in the videos, Darron and Darrell. One has a grey pullover, the other has a cardigan hoodie.
Now consider the route of the two vehicles. They drove several miles north on Route 1 before reversing direction to return to Rhode Island and 10th St where they were arrested.
They claim they were heading to DC so Darron could turn himself in. If true, why head north on Route 1?
Why was he still carrying two knives if he was going to turn himself in?
Was this a gang on its way to pull off another job?
Were they headed to a stash site to recover loot from prior robberies?

This article saysPhillip is the father. How hard is it to get them straight, really?

Ok I have never posted on here but the daily mail UK site was not working They have released Savvas' voicemail to Gutierrez the long time housekeeper. In this voicemail he states Vera decided to stay ...

Anyway my 2 cents on this is Wint started this before 3pm when Vera was scheduled to go home. Vera and Phillip were probably alone so more easily overtaken. I remember some article stating Amy was called home quickly cause Phillip was sick, (the rouse to get Amy home)... hence the Porsche parked on the street.

I read in another place that Amy called Savvas at the martial arts studio stating she was going out and he needed to come home and watch Phillip. So that is how Wint got Savvas home.

This could all be possible even with Wint acting alone. He ate the pizza in the room that held Savvas, Amy and Vera.

We know Phillip was held in his room, alone, which I believe was the room next to wear the adults were held.

Go listen to this second recording just released. Close your eyes and listen carefully to Phillip in the background (probably alone in his room cause he is not stopped from shouting out) ...

I think Wint is holding the phone to Savvas mouth as he leaves the voicemail for Gutierrez. Listen as Savvas states "Amy is in bed ...." Phillip is CLEARLY screaming "No she isn't".

This breaks my heart that this voicemail message was listened to too late and not acted on. I can't stop weeping about what horror this boy endured.

Thoughts???

Reminds me of a past neighbor..she said to me out of the blue..you know if my son (who was only 3yrs old at the time) Killed someone I would lie for him! I said really..but what happens if it were someone in your family wouldn't you want the killer arrested? Guess not she never answered..How can a Mother lie for her child..sorry I have a son and 4 daughter (adults) if they had committed a crime they would be in jail End of case..I don't lie for anyone.. That is why there are so many crime..not only are the criminals let go ..like Wint that stabbed one man 2 times and one man once..and never served more then 10 months..if he were in prison..this would never have happened

I disagree that Philips dialogue is clear. I listened to that voicemail several times (regretfully) and was never able to make out what he was saying. It just sounds like a scream/shriek.

Thanks for posting your thoughts. I have only heard the edited version for which I am glad. Perhaps the investigators have done an analysis of the message.
Actually, was the message ever in the possession of the authorities? Or did Ms. gutierrez release it on her own? ( I know she spoke with the media alot in the beginning)
