Nice evaluation. Unless things have really changed, I don't see NEFC getting accepted. There are already 3-4 other ECNL clubs within an hour's drive. They also have two teams in GA and would lose that perk.

TH has 4 other ECNL clubs (5 teams) within an hour of its footprint too. TH also has two teams in GA.

So if its Tier 1, that leaves Indy, Fusz, and City SC.

Having 1 ECNL girls team is worth giving up 2 GA teams.

Not if the ECNL clubs with 2 teams decide THEY want to form their own league -- which is where this is all going with ECNL taking over USYS and running down GA. If you're not at one of THOSE clubs, enjoy it while it lasts!

Agreed. Very dominant means they’ve won consistently over the years.

Nationals caliber clubs

agree. nationals club is a great example. overall dominant club in the ga, not at every age group but most. moved to ecnl this year and are doing well but not dominant as they were in the ga. better competition now but they will get there

great list. I would add IMG to Tier 2. although they have been struggling a little this year overall, losing them would be a huge perception blow. I don't think it would ever happen but who knows.

Their facility isn’t enough to get them to tier 2. Maybe tier 4 at best. The younger teams are terrible and would not be at the ECNL level even the lower level.

Yes my daughter played champions cup but much more deserving teams. Tier 4. GA won’t even allow them to participate in champions cup at their own facility. They have to attend the showcase part of it.

If ECNL did take them I’m sure IMG likes money and would still rent it out to GA.

IMG club overall did not make the cut for this years champions cup based.do you even know how it works? geez. the u19's played cause they were one of the 4 non champions cup to do well at showcases and got an invite

This is the most realistic, tiered list.

Indy Premier heavily dual rosters ECNL players from outside the state (4-6 per team) who don’t have to come to training. If the went ECNL they would lose those players as they couldn’t dual roster, so you’d actually see Indy’s quality DIP.
