I laughed when I read about this. I am willing to BET she was really unhappy they did not receive an invite. She and Harry are trying to position themselves as the alternative to the Obamas here in the U.S. This is funny as neither Ginge nor Cringe have nearly the clout, accomplishments or experience the Obamas bring to the table. I imagine there is a bit of a competition there.

Michelle also seems utterly devoted to her family and I sense she may be disturbed by Meghan's cruel disregard of family.

Why are people assuming that Meghan wanted to be invited to Obama's birthday bash, especially considering they share the same birthday? Are they even friends? LOL The previous post was in jest. It was said sarcastically to imply the opposite—meaning she could not care less about an invitation. She has a newborn and there’s no way she was going to make her first post-birth appearance like this. It’s too soon. I bet she hasn’t fully lost the baby weight and she’s in full nesting mode. Plus it’s on the same day as her birthday, of course she wanted to stay home.

What a weird thing that the Meghan haters and tabloids have latched onto. Why not shame all the other celebrities who were not on Obama's invite list, and make aspersions to them being so upset at not receiving an invitation? Much ado about nothing.

Did you miss the part where she filmed an entire video for her birthday? What part of hiding her postpartum body was included in that? Of course she is seething that they didn’t get invited. She would have been there postpartum in a heartbeat just like she was for the Lion King premiere.

DP - but its clear she doesn't care about her "postpartum body" or whatever excuse people have for not wanting to be invited.

She has sucked up to michelle obama since marrying Harry ("interviewing" her for her Vogue issue, doing some election thing with her org) so that a reasonable person would suspect she would have loved an invite. we don't know, obviously, so maybe you or her prayer group cult followers can ask her and let us know.
