DC courtrooms are open to the public. There will be multiple cases scheduled for 9:30 so the conference will take place sometime between 9:30-10:30, unless defense asks for a continuance ahead of time. At this conference, the judge will check in with both the govt and defense and set dates for the next set of hearings to check in on things like potential plea negotiations, evidence testing, motions to change bond status, etc..... These hearings will be held every few months and usually last 15 minutes or less, so set your expectations accordingly. Short of a guilty plea, it will take awhile for this to work its way to resolution.

This guy was creepy at Eaton from the start…and it was odd he had so much influence with the HSA and the former Principal Eskay. I sincerely hope there were no more victims, but given the information so far, it’s unlikely he hasn’t been doing this to children for many years. Thank God for the courageous families who came forward with their cases to help put him away. I’m so grateful Pirro is involved in this case.

CREEP. Normal people know that no pedophile his age have only three victims.

Mostly likely he’s assaulted many more children. He believed he could keep getting away with his EVIL. He had people covering for him. Most victimized families are understandably hesitant to identify themselves.

Judge Pirro will punish his sorry a** to the fullest extent of the law.

Good for children to know very BAD people stay in prison for a VERY LONG time. At least THIS time.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think the 4th victim was known as early as July 22nd. More likely, the motion was to protect the initial 3 victims during the legal proceedings, eg, to protect them from inappropriate or intrusive questioning.
