You've got bigger fish to fry. Look at Medicare and Medicaid. Heck, look at salaries of any Trump appointees. Even those not approved by the Senate receive about $500M a year in salaries.

I just did a search and found reports. What Elon is claiming is fake. The stuff he claimed the money was for is fake, it's actually been for combating AIDS and with COVID also provided health services for that as well, it's not "transgender opera" or whatever nutty crap Elon is claiming. Also the numbers are grossly exaggerated, they received nowhere near that much from USAID.
