It cracks me up how Fat Joe does not conceal his disgust at how “Skete” is handling things.

I have to agree.
Kanye has mental issues and admittedly crossed the line w/both Pete and Kim.
But it was a cheap shot for Pete to tell Kanye that he was in bed w/his wife.
By staying silent these past few mos, he was making Ye appear as a raving idiot.

Now however he is just adding pure fuel to the flames and is feeding into Kanye’s whims.
He should keep his mouth shut because when the kids grow up & hear about how Pete called their Father an “Internet b-word” they will lash out at Pete.

Wait--aren't they divorced? How is she Kanye's wife if they're divorced?
I’m confused by this. A couple of weeks ago the judge granted her permission to legally change her status to single, but I don’t see anything that explicitly says the divorce is finalized. All the language I see says “legally single”. Is that the same thing? Or is that a designation granted during divorce proceedings so people can get on with their lives?

It might just be a California thing? Kelly Clarkson did the same thing. They are legally single while they work out the other things like properly and custody. The relationship part is legally over.

They are each playing their roles to keep the public interested and tuned in so that you will increase their numbers for the monetary gain.

I scroll right past their drama. Each party know what they signed up for---the circus.

+1. It shows you how desperate the Kardashian side is. They're washed up and desperate, scraping the bottom of the barrel with these latest stunts. Their show is on Hulu for Christ's sake. Nobody cares about this family anymore.

THIS!

I’m astonished by how many people are rallying to Kim’s side as though she’s a victim like any other domestic violence victim. As a former DV victims advocate that actually kinda pisses me off. Not entirely because I’m choosing to believe most folks are on the side of victims and they’re just seriously fooled by the drama the Kardashians are enacting for future Hulu series ratings.

If Kim was truly in fear she would get a restraining order and she could start attacking his unsupervised access to their kids, too. She could afford to surround herself with bodyguards. She’s no average DV victim. I don’t think she’s afraid of Kanye and I think the whole drama is staged for the ratings.

If you really were a DV victims advocate, then you seem startlingly unaware of the complexities of someone’s efforts to protect themselves and their kids in a situation where their former spouse shares custody of the kids. That this is playing out so publicly and also involves mental illness only adds to the complexities. I guess “former” is good? How on earth do you feel qualified to assess the levels of fear of someone that you’ve never met?

SMH: this is an irresponsible post — suggesting how someone “truly in fear” should behave — when you really don’t have what it would take to assess even this specific situation accurately.

Kanye asked Pete where he was — and Pete told him. Are you at least as worried about “when the kids grow up & hear about…” all of the very nasty and very private things that their own father has put out there? It’s interesting that you, and so many others are faulting Pete for “provoking the bear” when no one — but Kim — has protected Pete from the very harmful actions of that bear, or even made genuine suggestions about containing that bear or getting that bear some help. If nothing else, having some genuine response to all that Kanye himself has initiated might seep in IF Kanye can get to a point where he’s able to work more effectively on his own considerable mental health issues.

FWIW, when Kanye was nastily teasing Pete about Pete’s own mental health issues, I think Pete’s response was incredibly kind and genuinely helpful, and might even be pivotal for Kanye—if he can get to a point where he’s able to hear it.

I guess one silver lining is that people are more openly discussing mental health issues and issues related to domestic violence and emotional manipulation. It would be great if this could lead to building accessible systems of intervention.

I find it interesting that Kim used the word "narrative"
Their whole show is the narrative that they want the world to see.

They always talk like their Dad was some god and they put him up on a pedestal. If he was still alive, I wonder how he would have been played out on the show.

I have to wonder what sort of custody arrangement Scott and Kourtney have. I once read that all of the Kardashians have informal custody arrangements. Things might change. Scott has been kind of cutoff the purse strings with the new Hulu deal. Also might change with serial cheater Tristan.

Anyone see the episode were Kim said something like she was divorcing Kanye because she wanted the type of relationship that Khloe had with Tristan were they work out together?

I bet there is a monetary arrangement with Scott. Kourtnry keeps him in some deals and he gives her full custody. Plus the Kardashians only have children with unstable/unrealiable men who can’t be the primary parent for whatever reason or really don’t want to be. I don’t see Scott bringing Kourtney to court for 50/50 custody. And I don’t see Tristan doing that either. They want to see their kids when convenient and travel around with various women whenever they want.

They also seem to have some rule where all kids must have the same dad, no matter how messed up that person. I suppose they don’t have the best taste in men so better to deal with one dramatic situation and not multiple?

You can’t entirely blame them for their choice in partners. They clearly want lots of kids and what quality man wants to be part of their circus?

The mature thing for all of them (and I am surprised that the lawyers and handlers haven't pushed for this) is to remain silent when Kanye pokes the bear. Pete shouldn't respond. He isn't anyone to this family or kids yet. Kim shouldn't respond publicly as she is going through legal proceedings. If Kanye wants to showcase his issues publicly, let him, but I would not be responding. Get off the damn twitter.

As far as I know from the late seasons of KUWTK Kourtney and Scott don't have a court agreement. Scott also lives in their neighborhood. Scott is also in the new show he was in the trailer. They won't cut him out b/c he's been with them too long and they did a focus group one season and fans really loved Scott on the show according to Kim's data.
