I bet there is a monetary arrangement with Scott.  Kourtnry keeps him in some deals and he gives her full custody.  Plus the Kardashians only have children with unstable/unrealiable men who can’t be the primary parent for whatever reason or really don’t want to be.  I don’t see Scott bringing Kourtney to court for 50/50 custody.  And I don’t see Tristan doing that either.  They want to see their kids when convenient and travel around with various women whenever they want.[/quote]
