Seems like she is not allowed any autonomy, and is basically under house arrest. That would make me increasingly anxious and would prevent me from growing / improving my mental health. However, i don’t know what her triggers are. Maybe the lockdown life is necessary … to a degree. What a mess. Hard to tell the difference between the vultures and the angels are in her life. Never understood why her mother never tried to intervene — unless Britney’s father controlled her too.

The court can order her into mental health, let her pick her therapist, etc. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

She testified that her meds had at one point been switched to lithium. That it made her feel awful, drunk, couldn’t hold a conversation.

She asked repeatedly to go back to her old meds or something else and was refused.

Until- she said she wouldn’t perform her show until her meds were changed— they then changed it. So yeah, her ‘guardians’ are not looking out for her health, they want the money.

No. Not at all like her. She’s been locked down for years. Get a grip. Not every time lockdown is mentioned refers to the pandemic. Reading context is important.

Yes, and let the poor woman have some pocket money (from her own assets) to do as she pleases. She seems to have too many “watchers” and not enough friends.

She’s in Hawaii living it up at the moment. I doubt she doesn’t have pocket money or autonomy.

When I saw Britney in Vegas about a year after her residency started, I had front row tickets, and saw her sister Jamie Lynn at the show sitting nearby. I commented to my friend that if Jamie Lynn is showing up to random weeknight shows, she must have seen this set a lot of times, wow, what a supportive sister to come and watch Britney’s show! thought it was very sweet at the time but perhaps Britney had family conservators watching her constantly.

The show was great. She is a great performer. I’m sorry that I I lined Jamie Spears’ pockets, but it was a dream seeing her live.

There may be more to her health diagnoses that we do not know, but a conservatorship for someone seemingly functional enough to perform regularly doesn’t seem appropriate.

She needed help and support when she was falling apart after having 2 kids and getting divorced all within a short time frame and she seemed very alone at the time.

I think Vegas Britney was actually doing great. Once she stopped she seemed to miss the purpose it gave to her.

I am so the person who originally wrote lockdown, and I was not making a reference to the pandemic. Just that her conservators have her person in perpetual lockdown.
