Now that is funny right there.

You can hate MadLax all you want but NL isn't in same ballpark. 21s and 22s are very weak and the 23s had 1 win in Hoco. Mitchell was struggling with his supposed elite 2020 team and they had to bring in the SJC asst coach (former ML 2019 guy) to provide some real coaching. The Heights will be the dregs of the WCAC lax basement for a long time under the Mitchells.

Your response has nothing to do with the post. First, HS age groups NO ONE cares about Hoco league scores or records. Tournaments scores do not matter either. The college commit page is what counts. While Madlax will still have the likely best classes in the DMV the market is shrinking for them which is what the post was about. The clubs are businesses and NL is clearly gaining market share on ML. ML used to have two teams at each age group and sometimes three. Guess what? The kid on the Madlax DMV team who get's an offer to play at the Art Institute still pays the same tuition as the top 10 D1 recruit. Only now more of these kids are choosing NL over ML. One is growing one is shrinking. Numbers don't lie.

To gain market share by aggressively taking it away from a competing company. ... The phrase "eating someone's lunch" is used because the company that gains market share is taking away profits from the other company, which could have been used to purchase food or lunch.

Next Level will soon be eating his dinner

Madlax still has great teams however they are fielding less teams overall - there are a few mixed DMV teams and/or bloated rosters of 25+ kids. NL posted their rosters weeks ago - one might assume ML will post theirs since it’s October and they should know who’s playing/skipping this fall. I have heard quite a few of the younger kids have left following last spring’s HoCo cheating debacle - haven’t heard about HS kids.

Just looked at the website. ML has a combined 21-23 DMV team? Ouch that is 3 combined into one team? Feel for those kids. ML still charges much more than the other teams so he can always keep raising the monthly fee to make ends meet.

NL is not gaining market share on college commits.

Not gaining share of college commits? I guess you do not like numbers. Each has 17 for the class of 2020. As Madlax has fewer players and NL has more players each year this trend will continue. It is called gaining market share. Really not a complex concept. Look at the team websites again and explain how this is wrong. I will wait.

Oh and Cab, please hurry up with this as I am also still waiting for you to finish stringing my stick. When will it be done?

And DCE is better than both at 2021 and 2022s

I just took a look at ML's site and I think NL has a much more impressive school list. Maybe it will change for the next couple of years but they have the edge in 2020.

If Madlax were a stock it would be overvalued. NL a growth play

I don’t know any of these Madlax or Next Level guys. But even if they are douches, it seems unseemly to be calling them out on an anonymous board.

What am I missing in my dealings with the Mitchells? They seem like good guys.

That is funny. Without calling out these guys the posts would go away.
