Yes, thank you!!

Thomas -- he has a drinking problem. It's even worse this season. He can't even hold a conversation once he's been drinking, it's all slurring and nonsensical.

Cam being pregnant now just makes this show feel faker than ever since her storyline is how unusual it is to be a married 30 some southern woman and not want kids.

It does feel so fake this season! Things that seem real are: (1) Kathryn lost custody b/c she failed a drug test; (2) Thomas' kids live in the guest house; and (3) Craig has not become a lawyer (yet). Wondering if the Savannah version will be any better...

Well I'll be damned. Camerans husband is on the production team for Southern Charm.

Her husband is Jason Wimberly not Weinburg.

Her husband is jason Wimberly and he's a doctor. jason Weinberg is a different person who is on the production team.

And now there will be yet a third Southern Charm...and Shep has his own show...?? Sounds pretty cringe-inducing.

Ah, I thought they were the same guy. Thanks for clarifying

They are diluting the brand so much by giving Shep his own show and expanding to Savannah. The franchise is running on fumes, IMHO.

My guess is that Whitney no longer wants to be in the show, but would rather produce the series from the comfort of LA.

The article cited above says they are also going to have a Southern Charm in New Orleans.

I wonder if they will have any people of color on any of these southern charm spinoffs. Or on the original. I think it would be interesting how these type of people react to *GASP* minorities.

They played polo at Shep's "plantation" last weekend. I saw a few minorities....they were tending to the horses.

These people live in a bubble of slave-generated, inherited wealth. It's the main reason why I've always despised the "genteel" Southern elite. Their money is tainted.

It's Thomas' plantation.
