OK, I'm just gonna admit that I read a recent interview with Jill Zarin on Reality Tea. In it, she says that while some Housewives shows pay by salary, New York pays by day and by trip. So when Bethenny and company were icing Sonja out of the trip, it really was impacting Sonja's ability to make money.

Luann, Sonja and Ramona held out for the same 1 million per season that Bethenny earns just before this season started. They had promised to stick together...Ramona bailed on them and signed a contract, Luann and Sonja didn't get a per season salary bump, instead they were told they'd be paid by the scenes they appeared in. Sonja was being iced out in part because she thought she was worth as much as Bethenny who was brought back to raise raitings (which she did and received a bonus for). This also explains why Luann ate shit at Dorinda's in the Berkshires and kept following the women around even though they were all pretty much avoiding her. She wanted to insure that she was on camera and included in any scenes that were filmed. I think it also explains why Bethenny went ballistic at her, Luann has treated her like shit from season 1, and last season vowed to "take her down" now this season she thinks she is worth the same salary, bitch please.

It wasn't about Jason or Brynn it was more BS about John's saying that she stole Skinny Cow's name (google the owner he is a nut case). She was also pissed that the drug use by some members of the cast and their fat Armenian dry cleaning magnate BF's rampant coke use (Luanne, Dorinda and John) is not exposed by Bravo for liability reasons they just don't cross that line.

She didn't hire Gloria Alred, someone contacted her to try to get her to stop Bethenny talking bad about Sonja. That is not what "can not be spoken of". It is drug use among half of the cast. Since Bethenny and Carole spoke of it on her podcast I'd say that leaves them out of the half that are using hard drugs.

Luann seems like she does. The erratic behavior and that drugged out ex that she saw at the dry cleaning party make me think it. I agree that Ramona probably doesn't - I can't see the same person doing cocaine and using a diaphragm, lol. Carole seems more like a marijuana kind of girl with her hippie boyfriend. Bethenny seems like she is on something all the time, so unhinged. Who knows though, just speculation.

I think bethenny is too much of a control freak perfectionist to do drugs and be out of control.

As crazy as bethenny is, she is definitely the my favorite on the show. You can't do the show without her. The weakest links are Dorinda and the tall Asian.

Anyone know where the blonde with the gay husband is these days?

They should drop dorinda and the Asian and bring back that blonde (Alex?) and Jill Zarin.
