MV will somehow take over the team. Good luck to the girls that stay

Those girls have been through enough. Let them be. They had a MV last year, broken team. Things are better w coach from GW. We are hoping to have him next year.

if the verdict is out those rosters look slim. My $$ is on a pda like suspension w the girls leaving but not being rostered. Simply removes bsc from playoffs w/o removing the club completely and making it so less folk can go.

Rosters still look slim.
. Only 2 teams make playoffs this year. Doesn’t really matter.
in North Atlantic as well? I know mid got screwed but NA as well??

come on... you know updates take times. Give time, they will all reflect correctly.
it doesn’t tho. But you seem confident in an ecnl transfer portal lol. If they blink. Floodgates are open

Where do you find this info? Only saw ECNL announce the winner of League Cup qualifies for playoffs but didn't specify which tier.

This seems like a really stupid thing for ECNL to do - to go from 3 or 4 teams making playoffs to 2! I know that they’re having to deal with the World Cup, but players in the recruiting years this year (2010s) have to be pissed. And ECNL is battling with GA for dominance. Stupid move on ECNL‘s part that will have lingering effects.

They are doing it because of the world cup, or so they say.

The total number of teams going to Seattle will actually go up - Just not in the "Playoff" - there will be more teams overall as they expand. There is Playoffs combined (no Richmond finals) but fewer teams for that and the champion crowned in Seattle. Then North America Cup and restructured showcase A and B - they changed the names and expanded. So overall more teams going to Seattle. For Mid-Atlantic it will end up being 7 or 8 teams qualifying for some sort of "playoffs". MA is guaranteed 2 for Playoffs with potentially a 3rd spot shared with another conference. So for recruiting purposes, last year at the correct ages games were heavily attended by coaches regardless of if it was a "Playoff", "Cup" or "Showcase". The bigger issue is the delay to July - as college coaches will be starting pre-season.

So you say Seattle, now do this on the girls side? Are you telling me 2 NA teams will make the playoffs because they went from 11-10 teams. (Before anyone says just look it up, it's not published yet, so rumors all there is to rely on).

This is for the girls. Playoffs is in Seattle this year. Our club is in MA and this was relied to us by our director - I do not know what NA is doing - but it is fairly easy to find out...lookup last year how many overall teams from NA wen to San Diego for all Playoffs, North America Cup, Showcase A and Showcase B - and the total number of teams will be very similar but the mix will be different (ie 1 less for Playoffs and 1 more for North America Cup/Showcase A/Showcase B). The allocation of spots to the overall Seattle event was partially based on how the conferences did in San Diego. This is not a rumor - just not published. The "Playoffs" portion of the event in Seattle will be fewer teams, the overall event will be slightly bigger (ie more teams going to be seen by college coaches). No finals in Richmond

Thanks for the info. And it’s being pushed back into July? Is that correct?
