Don't mind these other idiot posters, their villages will start to come collect them up soon...

Glad you kid is loving the camp! Can you share a link to the experience? Is he boarding with other kids? How old is your kid? Also, any girls at that camp? I will be looking for an overseas camp next summer for my DD age 12.

Sure but my son was only 7 and it was near our house there. They did have a group of U17s there as part of the camp and that looked really serious.

Anyhow Here is the link

They worked a lot on technical skills but kept it fun. Pool Break and then they catered in a gourmet lunch. Then after lunch back to techical and then scrimmages. Nice AC Milan uniform as well.

The actuall youth technical director attended and was involved and they brought in other trainers who were aspiring pros themselves…4th, 5th division Italians.

As for this Milan team in VA…I would stay away for now until they prove themselves to be a reputable place

Has anyone heard anything? This is ridiculous. No communication at all. Practices start this week and haven't heard anything from club, coach, team manager, nothing. And practice starts now, which is three weeks after everyone else. No tournaments either. The crap shoot continues regardless of owner.

If you are playing in NCSL, your schedule is online.

What did they charge for the yearly price? It should have been very inexpensive, playing NCSL with no tournaments.

Yeah I had to look up the on NCSL because god forbid someone in the club uploads it into teamsnap.

Half of the home page is asking for sponsorship. Who would want to sponsor a soon to be defunct club?

NCSL only charges like $800 for the season per team.

given the disorganization, there could be tournaments during the year but nothing announced. If there are no tournaments, then a stop payment claim in warranted.

Why are people still wasting their time with these clowns?

There are MORE than enough team options around here for your kids to play for. If you WILLINGLY signed up for this trainwreck despite all of the glaring red flags, thats on you.

Could someone please explain what they weee thinking going with this org? Im baffled.

Could they not afford any real field permits for what they charge their families? We are scheduled to play one of their teams tomorrow on a crappy grass field in Herndon.
Anonymous
Are you all practicing on grass as well? Just curious after seeing this schedule. If we host home games on turf, we should get the courtesy of away games on turf. IMO.

It appears to be at Hutchison ES. Great.

NCSL needs to enforce standards. If a club can't provide turf fields, they should not be allowed to enter teams.
