Looks like they weren’t the only team to forefeit. Maybe some teams were caught fudging their rosters or not having player cards for everyone.

They don't have enough. We offered several times to come from a top level team to help them out and guest play until they got enough. The kids we would have brought over would have made them more than competitive. A complete lack of follow through and coordination. It's almost as if they don't care whether the club folds or not. PP here...kids coming to play were a year or two younger - ECNL and MLS Next 2 players. No rules against that.

NCSL only allows same-club guest players.
