Notting Hill is SO bad!!!

I've been watching NottingHill for the first time and it's sooo awful! Also Julia Roberts character is consistently mean and inconsiderate to Hugh Grant but he puts up with it!Nothijg romantic about it!!

it is always seemed to be a fairly typical rom com to me. Are there any "good" rom coms? Any suggestions?

Like High Fidelity, but John Cusack's character is kind of an ass.

He's better in Grosse Pointe Blank.

The worst thing about that film is there are no black faces and at that time Notting Hill had many black faces in reality.

Love GPB. Sleepless in Seattle is terrible.

I truly think the best "rom-coms" are movies like Bringing up Baby, Arsenic & Old Lace, or Desk Set

I watched that again recently with my niece and we were floored by how bad it was.
