| I'm not sure if he meant for it to happen, but I don't think he cared if it happened. |
yea pp here, meant guilty/not guilty. made sense in my head. |
According to released Lane/Keung body cam, shortly after Thao and Chauvin arrive on scene and they get on the ground, Lane calls code 2 for a mouth injury. Link to transcript (page 14 of 25): https://www.mncourts.gov/mncourtsgov/media/High-Profile-Cases/27-CR-20-12951-TKL/Exhibit207072020.pdf Code 2 is a standard medical call, ambulance will use standard driving conditions. It was upgraded to code 3 about a minute and a half later according to the paramedic testimony. Code 3 is lights and sirens, get here as fast as you can. The initial code 3 dispatch request wasn’t caught on this body cam or transcript, but according to Thao in his BCA interview, he upgraded it to code 3. The transcript does show that Thao asked the other officers about EMS and hears it was dispatched code 2. On page 18 of the transcript there’s some communication between the dispatch and Lane confirming an ambulance is coming code 3. |
| Here they go talking about the other case |
| The prosecutor is doing a clinic--taking Dr. Fowler downtown and apart. It's pretty breath taking. |
? |
| ^what pp mentioned earlier about Fowler’s other case in PG County |
|
All roads lead back to Chauvin’s actions and the
“But, for”Rule in his negligence with Floyd. |
| How responsible is Chauvin for GF's death if he was half way dying already from drugs and his heart problems? Shawanda said in the car he was incoherent and hard to wake up. His head seemed to droop on the sidewalk and in Cup Foods. |
Read the whole thread, this has been covered. |
I'm very much enjoying it! (watching the replay) |
IMO Fowler looked arrogant, yet insecure at the same time--if that makes sense. It came across as false confidence. I found him obnoxious. |
+1 A poster on this thread will say this is irrelevant, but it is extremely relevant. Floyd was stuffing drugs in his mouth right before his altercation with Chauvin. Also, the guy in the car with Floyd was actually his drug dealer. |
You two wander into a 37 page thread and think you're the first geniuses to come up with these questions? It's been discussed in Court by medical experts. Try to keep up. |
Luv you, PP!
