Exactly. I care about my children's welfare, which is why I don't want them masking.

If wearing a masks is detrimental to your children, they have other issues. A well adjusted, sound, and mentally healthy child would be just fine.

If they don't want to wear a mask, it's detrimental enough. They don't want to wear masks, haven't for a long time, and they won't next week.

No one wants to wear a mask. You are acting out and your children see it and act the same.

No one wants to wear a mask. No one has to wear a mask. We're finally back to normal.

No one ever wants to wear a mask. That’s not the point. Some do have to wear a mask.

And they still can wear a mask. Nobody is stopping them.

Why did you say no one has to? Some do.

Agree to disagree. They don't have to wear a mask. They may choose to mask if they feel it's helpful with their personal risk profile, but it's still up to them.

There’s nothing for you to disagree about, you’re flat out wrong. Some have to.

Or what? Bottom line, it's still a personal choice. Unless you're counting heavy-handed parents making their kids wear a mask.

NP- It’s not a choice for some, idiot. Don’t worry about what parents do, why don’t you mind your own business?

What’s an example when it’s not a choice?

Good Lord, you’re dumber than a box of rocks.

Beyond mandates, what’s an example when it’s not a choice based on personal risk profile?

DP. That’s the answer; for some their personal risk profile makes it to which they have to wear one.

They don’t have to. They choose to.

DP. Are you that obtuse? For some, it’s the only choice. It’s necessary.
Because you don’t have to doesn’t mean others don’t. It’s not all about you.

Yes, it’s choice. They could choose not to as well. It’s entirely up to them and not mandated.

No, it’s necessary. Necessity does not correlate to choice. Go die on your “choice” hill.

It’s necessary for lung cancer patients to quit smoking. They mostly choose not to.

Keep reaching.

Yes, it does correlate. Also, I choose not to die on that hill. No mandate to do so as far as I can tell.

OMG! I’m not the poster in this but that is not the same comparison by a long shot.

So when is it necessary?

I think you’ve already been answered by someone earlier. Are you coherent?

So only when there are mandates. Okay, I agree with that. Going back to my original point that nobody currently has to mask.

No, some people have to. That was the answer. You contradict yourself. You agree and then disagree.

NP. Necessary at my place of work, always.

Agreed. Only when there are mandates, which we don’t have in schools.

Who said there were mandates in school? No one posted that.

The original point was about not needing to, which was made on a school board. If it’s confusing that this post was about schools, I suppose I have to concede that point and should have clarified for those that have trouble recognizing where they are.

Judging by the open house at our school today, no one is masking.
