Hillary tells black Minneapolis activist, 'Why don't you go run for something?'
http://www.citypages.com/news/hillary-tells-black-minneapolis-activist-why-dont-you-go-run-for-something-video-8092427 My question is what role did Hillary have in getting a Somali-American elected to the Minneapolis city council to warrant her proudness? |
The word is pride. |
|
That woman was just looking for a fight. You can tell she wasn't even listening to what Hillary was saying, she was just waiting to be able to talk again and try to catch Hillary out.
And Hillary responded that way because apparently the Somali-Ameican who Hillary supported wasn't Somali enough for this "activist." |
Keep up your grammar evangelism you're lady! We are all truly grateful. But do you have an actual answer? |
So behaving badly is OK if someone disagrees with you? |
Apparently it is - for Trump |
It works for Trump because he doesn't hide it. He doesn't try to be politically correct. |
| Is it wrong if that actually made me like Hilary more? A little bit of personality and I thought she was actually pretty nice. Granted she's campaigning but I thought she handled it well! |
|
The activist should go run for something! This is especially true if she doesn't consider the Somali council member to be Somalian enough for to be a part of the community.
This is twice in a row that an activist has approached Clinton about this comment right before primary contests. The one in South Carolina had help from Sanders organizers. I haven't heard the same about this one, but I agree that she should consider running for office herself. |
Agreed! If this was Trump that woman would have been shot dead on the spot. |
She is working for Ilhan Omar's campaign - http://fusion.net/story/274941/ilhan-omar-muslim-woman-running-senate-minnesota |
The more prudent thing would of been to ask Stacey what issues concern her rather than trying to belittle her. |
But she would have been dead if she tried this with Trump, remember? |
Oh, so it's OK. She just needs to scowl and insult someone's appearance in order to make it right. |
She wasn't belittling. The person confronted her over the 1996 super predator comment, perhaps without realizing the remark was about gang members. There's no real way to engage without pointing out the error. That just leads to more gotcha video. Clinton always has staff get people's names and contact information so she can follow up. That could have happened in this case too, if the woman really wanted to engage. |
