Meghan's letter to her father was a fiasco that showed a gross lack of judgement on her part, or maybe desperation to tell her side of the story. Perhaps they should have been more vocal in support of her then, but honestly what do you say, it's family drama playing out in public. I can see why other members of the family did not want to get entangled.

I think some insiders wanted to keep Meghan in her place, or she would have made Kate, the future queen, look bad. Meghan has a better work ethic, more articulate, more charisma and strong opinions. Kate was a blancmanger in comparison. Meghan had to be taken out. And out she did go.

Did you see the video of her with the baby walking the dogs in the woods? It’s disturbing. The poor kid is dangling sideways off her body while she smiles manically at the camera. There is no excuse for a mother not to be able to properly hold her child in a carrier at 8 months. If she was so concerned about the kid being seen then maybe she shouldn’t have called the paps in the first place. It’s so easy to prove she called them herself. She’s so gross.

For what it's worth, my guess is that the spotlight will be on Meghan and Harry until Elizabeth dies. At that point, there will be so much focus on Charles as King and William as the Price of Wales that attention on Meghan and Harry will start wane.

Something has always been off, but the RF clearly smoothed it over while she was a working royal. I suspect we will soon be hearing the real story now that they’re fair game for the US tabloids.
