Epstein did not commit suicide. He was killed on a Sunday morning after his cell mate was conveniently out of the cell, the camera stopped working, and the jail was short staffed. |
And Giuffre said she was not suicidal. |
| Bump. |
|
The House needs to get back to work. The Epstein files need to be released.
|
Indeed. Enough chatter about the Epstein ballroom that Trump is building. |
Just for the sake of clarity, all jail/prisons are short staffed always. |
|
Your point is accurate in general, but I think the author was writing satirically about "Antifa thugs" and the anti-Trump message. Note that he speaks with respect about the removed memorial. |
If her family believes she suicided, then so do I. Do you have any idea the suicidal behavior rate among survivors of child sexual abuse? 2-5x the national average. I have little doubt Epstein suicided as well; he knew the evidence against him and he knew he would never see the light of day again and he knew he couldn’t pay the piper and spend his final days being raped instead of raping. |

Really? Treatment of Gislaine Maxwell shows he had no reason to worry, at all. Same as with Alex Acosta’s handling of his 2008 plea deal which dealt with multiple cases of unlawful sex with a minor.
And there is a big difference between short staffing and your average prisoner, vs a reputed Mossad agent and one who was convicted of trafficking girls for sex. |
You are an unserious person if you think famous people get extra prison guards, whether on remand awaiting trial or during a prison sentence. If you don’t believe this former prosecutor, just ask Diddy or Weinstein about their accommodations pre and post trial. |
