| ECNL strategy seems to be to help rebuild the USYS national league -- ironic since they helped take it down. |
exactly. that is why they are moving to the ECNL platform. makes sense, |
It's not over for anyone ... All these clubs will continue to exist no matter the league. I bet some of these clubs believe/were promised they'll be promoted soon otherwise it may be a raw deal for them. |
|
and just like that HEX Keystone backed out of the money grab takeover by Penn Rising and is not joining the merger with Lehigh and Hex Dominion to be renamed Penn Rising and join the GA as one club. HEX Keystone are staying in the ECNL RL. smart move |
Capitol FC was GA Eugene Metro was GA FC Portland Academy was USYS (i think) Oregon Premier was GA Portland City United was ??? United PDX was GA Out of these United PDX is the only one that matters. Maybe FC Portland Academy. Because of their geography / location choosing to play in a closed national league just makes things more expensive. They get little benefit. |
ECNL watering itself down with underperforming clubs |
RL come on |
from DPL to GA. HUUUUUUGE PICKUP!!!
|
DPL used to be GAs version of ECRL. Now Aspire is GAs version of DPL. So moving a DPL club to GA does make sense. |
so DPL to GA and this is a big get? come on. 1) ECNL 2) ECNL RL 3) GA 4) ASPIRE 5) NPL 6) DPL |
| They were Aspire last season and DPL before that. As a second tier time in a GA club, where else would they play?? |
RL is below GA |
| RL is the new USYS NL |
| I think the term is new comp. |
