| I went to Loyola in Baltimore and it wasn’t hard to get into. I had to look up LM to see the acceptance rate. Holy crap! That last kid must be an idiot to need bribery to get him in there. |
| Looks like Lori might have a defense after all... |
and? |
|
She goes to trial on October 5th. A full year after Felicity Huffman was both sentenced and finished her own prison stint.
Lori is facing 50 years. I still think she and Maximo will get 15-18 months each for dragging this out. |
Due to the iPhone notes? I would be curious to see the date stamp on those entries, but the allegation needs to be corroborated elsewhere. |
It doesn’t look good for the prosecution. |
| How is Lori Loughlin holding up? |
Who cares. |
|
Well, looks like Loughlin and Giannulli may be sunk. They tried to get their case dismissed and the government responded with years of records showing their fraud, how they were give explicit instructions how to respond to various questions, and how to defraud both the university and the government. The evidence presented by the prosecution looks pretty damning.

“In April 2018, Giannulli reprimanded a high school counselor for suggesting to USC that his daughter was not, in fact, a coxswain,” the new filing discloses. “Giannulli assured the counselor, falsely, that she was. In an email to Giannulli, the counselor wrote that he had informed USC “that you had visited this morning and affirmed for me that [your younger daughter] is truly a coxswain.'”
Not a lot of wiggle room for ignorance there, it seems. |
| I smell a couple of geese cooking.... |
Ha. She's getting a long sentence. Now I just wonder what she'll do. This is much worse than when Felicity Hoffman went to prison as prisoners are afraid of COVID-19 spreading. Should have did your time in 2019. |
| Now the UC system is not requiring ACT or SAT for 2021 applicants and beyond. How lovely for them. |
|
She should have did her time?
Come on. We’re not barbarians. |
that counselor saw what could come down the tracks one day |
