SSSAS has a lot of recruits because of their coach and her connections. Most will never touch a college lacrosse field. It’s almost laughable. |
what’s laughable is that you think a high school coach with a long tenure can force college coaches to take a players! No coach has that power. They get the results because the players are very good and most get a lot of exposure during recruitment on Capital Blue/Orange. There are many recruits who sit the bench on the boys and girls D1 teams from many of the area HS. With the portal and transfers, you can have some of the best players sitting in the bench when the team is stacked. |
someone must be very jealous |
Oh we laughing - laughing at yo dumb ass… |
| MV 16 -7 over Visitation. MV is legit. |
That game was a fight. Visitation was in it until they ran out of steam. They never looked like they had the firepower to actually win this game but they tried to make it a contest. Good start for Maryvale. It should be a good season |
This Maryvale team is an unusually strong team. For a team that I read somewhere on this forum would be a mid-level ISL team, Visitation might surprise a lot of people this year. |
They have some young players who are going to be absolute stars. |
Maryvale has stars it seems at all 4 years. |
Visi will compete for 2nd in the ISL. They have more depth than Potomac. Don't be surprised if they beat SR. |
Visitation has no depth but one amazing senior middie and some decent younger girls. Their bench is pretty weak. |
I agree Visi lacks depth, but the PP only said they have more depth than Potomac, which is likely true. |
| Excited to revisit all of this around the end of April. |
Considering their depth chart challenges, both Potomac and Visi would be good landing spots for any disgruntled players from other ISL schools, and they would probably appreciate it if those players would go ahead and get that done in the next several weeks. |
Visi is gritty and will get it done this season. |
