Trump campaign death spiral

Totally agree.

The media isn’t going nearly as hard against Trump as they did against Biden, they’ve just stopped being openly sycophantic. That’s not the same thing.

People enjoy it when the media are "on their side", but actually it's scary that the media can go after people in that way. Imagine if they all decided to go after you. I know, I know, you're a nobody who has done nothing wrong, ever, and in this case, it's heartily deserved. But there are plenty of people who decide to run for something, or open a business and want to get some buzz going, and who get slammed by reporters.

I agree but that’s not what’s happening to Trump.

Trump is the best thing to ever happen to cable news and they NEED him. They want him to win but they can’t outright say so.

That’s why there is so little questioning of his cognitive decline or lack of policies.

I loved watching Lawrence O’Donnel’s show the night of Trump’s rambling press conference. Since Trump had it set up so you couldn’t hear the questions, Lawrence had a script from it. He read the actual questions and then the NOT ANSWERS. It was hilarious. Trump only knows how to insult people.

It's crazy how much the media, even the left-wing media simps for Trump and the MAGA loonies.

All of this is 100% true. There's nothing inspiring about Trump's policies to gin up his base. He's no longer anti immigration, he's no longer anti Establishment, he's no longer anti war. And if nothing else, he's not even funny anymore. He's just a boring old man who wants to...cut corporate taxes and...roll back electric vehicle adoption, or something? Zzzzzzzzz.

Wait...he likes electric vehicles now because Elon is supporting him.

So he went back on that, which shows he has no messaging or platform. He's a D list cult celebrity at this point.

He says whatever he thinks people will clap for in the moment. It’s why he’s such a useful idiot for Heritage.

The fact that they carried Trump's midnight rambling from Montana but not Harris-Walz from Phoenix is quite a tell.

His BS is so tired and creepy. Nobody wants to hear it anymore. At least Harris and Walz have a positive message.

Correct, though there is functionally no “left wing” media. They’re talking about Trump’s spiraling campaign and mental quality, but not nearly to the extent they did about Biden. An hour plus, off topic ramble? Trump’s brain’s decimation should have been a top topic.

really? how do you know this?

People are saying, and someone should look into this. Trump is very old and pooping himself backstage probably happened.

I heard this too. Don’t know if it’s true. Someone should look into whether this is the first time Trump has pooped himself backstage.

It’s not. Has also happened in cars.
