No kidding. In all our correspondences Laura always said they were waiting for word from Optimum Interiors but hearing it from Omar during the bankruptcy it was all one and the same. Make it make sense?!? Also how the hell does he still live in a mansion and drive around in a custom Mercedes? |

Omar is also on the record saying Optimum Interiors was separate. So I guess someone will get to figure out which under oath statement is true. Bankruptcy court is starting to approve motions to have his vehicles taken. Evidently he has a good paying job to afford where he lives as the bankruptcy says he has no money so it must be coming from somewhere. |

| You have to love the creativity used between all of the Optimum and Go Pro Construction cases. In the Go Pro Construction case, in responding the recently mentioned court order, Go Pro Construction (plaintiff) attorney states: "At all times the Plaintiff has done what it was Ordered to do by this Court and asked to do by the undersigned. It has always acted in good faith and even obtained responsive records from Optimum Construction which was difficult and time consuming because Optimum is currently tied up in a Bankruptcy proceeding, dozens of MHIC proceedings, and under criminal prosecution for MHIC related violations. Thus, litigation-ending sanctions would be unjust and unfair to the Plaintiff due to the inadvertent delay by its undersigned counsel." Thus, one brother appears to be using the bankruptcy and criminal cases of the other brother as reason for their slowness or inability to respond to the court order (in addition to counsel saying he was unaware of the court order - hahaha...). This gets even more crazy when you add Go Pro Construction listed Omar as an expert witness. Thus, Go Pro's counsel is saying that they were using an expert witness that they are now revealing is under criminal investigation for construction related fraud. What takes all of this to a new level of crazy is that Go Pro's counsel was also Optimum's counsel for all of the lawsuits leading up to the bankruptcy. You can't make this stuff up. My opinions and interpretation of the publicly available documents filed in DC Case No. 1:22-cv-01643-RCL You are welcome to form your own opinions and interpretations. I say it is crazy and should be considered for an Netflix mini series. |

Depends on the court where to look. The Go Pro Construction case is in DC District court and that requires a Pacer account to access. No cost to get the pacer account, but costs @$0.10 a page to download stuff. | If I am reading or interpreting the recent filing in the Go Pro Construction case correctly. The Go Pro Construction lawyer, who also represents Optimum Construction is saying the reason Go Pro Construction did not respond to the court order was because the lawyer did not know there was a court order, apparently blaming it on an admin in the law firm? Not-a-lawyer, but does that not mean the lawyer just handed Go Pro a malpractice claim? I would not have another conversation with that lawyer before speaking with someone that can explain what just happened. |

Yeah I smell horseshit. Amr Elrahimy tried the same bs, he uses PO boxes for his home residence and he routinely changes it so that it's hard to get his papers served. I wonder if GoPro has done the same.... |

| Man so apparently in the latest court filings for GoPro Constructions they have clear financial ties with Optimum Construction, from sharing staff to sub contracting work. If I was a GoPro customer I would be extremely concerned for 2024.... |

Sunset auto club is legit and not related to Grip other than Amr was trying to be the next sunset auto club with Grip but failed. Sunset appears to not care about what Omar represents (bankruptcy, investigations, criminal charges...) whereas many other car related groups and companies have broken ties with Omar and Grip. Grip appears to be on its death bed as the other partner appears to have broken ties, sponsors dropped him, venues would not work with him, he cancelled more events than he ran this year, |
