It is not really new news. Omar has been saying all along that he did not do the books and was basically clueless on that front. Figured he has been setting someone up as the scapegoat. The only real change is that these comments that the books are bad and the accountant can not do the taxes because of this is now coming in court filings. This is likely going to be an issue in the bankruptcy review and a potentially bigger problem in the criminal cases. Will Omar's lawyer try to point fingers at the person doing the books? Does this broaden the investigation to see what this person knew, were they doing things under the direction of Omar or doing things on their own? Hopefully anyone involved is protecting themselves - if innocent. IMO |

| Didn’t Amr in the meetings say his account was a family member? So it wouldn’t surprise me to have him deflect issues of book keeping to Bobbie. At the end of the day you are the owner and you should know everything that goes on within your business. Take ownership Amr and stop blame gaming for once. |

The accountant has the first name as one of the brothers. However, this brother is no longer in the US after convictions and time served according to court records. Ownership and responsibility absolutely ends with Omar. However, that does not mean he or his lawyer won't try to deflect blame elseware to lighten his potential sentence. His lawyers job to try to get Omar off, if that means deflecting to others that would be normal. Anyone think Omar is going to step up now and suddenly take all responsibility and come clean? Yeah right. IMO |

Thank God this is finally getting the exposure it deserves. You know they are going to cover GRIP supercar events as well as GoPro construction once this starts to break. Amr Elrahimy snd the Elrahimy name is going to be forever linked with fraud and hurting people. |

| Hey Omar (we know you are a regular on this site) are you going to threaten the Maryland Attorney General for their press release? You have said none of it was true when raised in this forum and in the bankruptcy and threatened so many including the owners of this site. So if it was not true when stated here why are you not going after the Attorney General? How about the news sites now sharing the same information? Why would you threaten DC Urban Moms and not these sites carrying the story? Can you explain? This forum has been a place for learning. Actually no he didn't say it was untrue during the bankruptcy meetings. What he did do was plead the 5th a billion times during the 1st day and during the 2nd day he blamed other people before going back to the 5th. But yeah he definitely threatened people, especially his victims. Great guy. Wonderful person.... |

| Oh yeah he tried to sue the victims for damages occurred to him. Let me repeat, he claimed the people he took money from and abandoned their projects caused him harm. Yup he is that great of a guy. Any if anyone wants to look this up go under the bankruptcy filings and look up the 2004 interviews his lawyer initiated and the reasons for it that his lawyer claimed. |
