Depends on the court where to look.  The Go Pro Construction case is in DC District court and that requires a Pacer account to access.  No cost to get the pacer account, but costs @$0.10 a page to download stuff.  If you have a pacer account you can look it up here:  https://ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/iquery.pl  If you need a pacer account, go here: https://pacer.uscourts.gov/register-account/pacer-case-search-only   To see information about the costs, go here:  https://pacer.uscourts.gov/pacer-pricing-how-fees-work

If you get a pacer account you can track the bankruptcy here: https://ecf.mdb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/iquery.pl  Case numbers 0:23-bk-11097 and 0:23-bk-11027

A lot of cases will come available through other sites for no fees, but it can take a while for the information to appear and all of the docs may not be available
