Sorry, I don't think her original face was anything to miss. It wasn't deformed or defective or anything, but it was utterly ordinary. Today's version is more attractive by a long mile.

All these women doing extensive plastic surgery (Ivanka, Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid) don't want have a face that's just "fine". They want to be gorgeous.

This actually makes me feel incredibly sad for her. I can't begin to imagine the motivation to revise yourself into an entirely different person, then go forward holding the memories of your despised previous self.

TBH, Ivanka post plastic surgery is vastly better looking, and not in a caricature way. There was nothing cute or distinguished about her original looks so I don't hold it against her that she lost it. it's not something to miss.

What did she actually do to her face? Is that some sort of chin implant? Is that really a thing??

Multiple nose jobs, cheekbones, chin implant. Chin implants have been a thing for a while and they actually do make you look better.

Chin implants do exist and they work.

Here's thing . . . The genes stay the same. So you can shave off parts of your face, but those genes will find their way to your kids' faces and bodies.

and then they will fix them... besides, these things are complicated. it's not like IQ and even there things are far from straightforward.

I think they saved the shaved off bits to form her nipples. Those things aren’t going anywhere.

The one we should be feeling sorry for is Tiffany, because Daddy didn't care enough to buy any surgical procedures for her.

I would probably get one if that was my issue. I never knew they existed.

Tiffany looks fine. Good for her for not going crazy with plastic surgery.

(I am 100% anti-Trump and I hate Ivanka)
