That's just a clerical error, like when Steve Bannon voted in FL using a rental property he never lived at. But the Republicans found he "intended to reside" in Miami Dade County. That's why he changed his residency to that of a Breitbart employee in Sarasota FL, which is the other side of the state. I'm sure they turned their den into a very comfy bedroom for him!
