That's just a clerical error, like when Steve Bannon voted in FL using a rental property he never lived at. But the Republicans found he "intended to reside" in Miami Dade County. That's why he changed his residency to that of a Breitbart employee in Sarasota FL, which is the other side of the state. I'm sure they turned their den into a very comfy bedroom for him! Can I also "intend" to live in a battleground state?

This could also be voter fraud. She and her husband claimed homestead exemption in Fulton County where they have lived for several years and also in Floyd County where she pretends to live in her district. The homestead exemption application is a sworn statement that this is their primary residence. So is voter registration, so if her primary residence is in Fulton, it would be fraud for her to vote for herself in Floyd.
