More like the Catholic League.

He's not going to jail people. He either gets one of the most prestigious jobs in the land as a lifetime appointee or goes back to his slightly less prestigious lifetime appointment job.

With his reputation ruined.

Absolutely not. We have to make a stand against these tactics. Democrats must learn that they can never try to do this again. Kavanaugh will make them pay once he is on the court.

Blame Democrats and not Kavanaugh himself. What planet are you from?

There aren't 51 votes against him either.

He will be confirmed. After the hearing, all but 1 or 2 republicans plus 3 red state democrats will put him over the finish line.

Who cares? Seriously if his wife stands by him the only negative consequence he suffers is NOT getting this job. He's not going to be charged with Jack sh$#.

So.... his neighbors give him the side eye occasionally?

Agree. It would be akin to giving into a two-year throwing a tantrum because he wants ice cream for dinner instead of fish fillets.

We must close ranks and protect him. If not, EVERYONE will be vulnerable to these types of vicious, made-up smears.

There are 51 Republicans. If he looses two, that brings the vote to 49. If just ONE Democrat votes yes, that brings it to 50'- and Pence breaks the tie.

I think your guy knows how to swim in a swamp. He got his friend to smear Ford by alleging his other friend (who must have been on board since he’s been mum) was the guy everyone’s looking for.

Do you agree he is a partisan hack that is incapable of rational and balanced decsion-making. Glad we see eye to eye on that, although I am very concerned that you care more about him “getting even” than the future of your country. You Republicans make me sick.

But he said on his Fox stunt that he ALWAYS treated women with respect. Well, except for poor Renate.

And if he really was a virgin (but nonetheless a harrasser) until "many years" after college... wow. 27? 28? 29? Hilarious!

Christine Blasey Ford, has stated that she does not remember the location of the party, but she said it took place in a "suburban Maryland area home".

However, in tonight's Fox interview with Brett Kavanaugh, he states a specific location of the party (at 2:26/13:41).

According to Brett, the party was "at a house near Connecticut Avenue and East West Highway". So why does he have a location of the party and she does not?
