Nearly 2 decades after my assault I realize that I spent time thinking I did something or gave signals or should have been more careful, and then I spent many of those subsequent years blocking out the experience as a result. I think by blocking out that experience for some years there are details I don't recall. This is very common in sexual assault cases.

Mark Judge was names by the victim as being present. It is beyond incredulity that Grassley wouldn't have him testify. If he says it didn't happen then it is two "he said" to one.

With him not there to testify, it raises the obvious conclusion that he would admit it happened.
