It definitely will NOT happen during football season unless they literally elope which I just don't think is their style. The Chief's bye week comes in early November, but right between two tough road games (@Bills, @Broncos) so that's a no. They play on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days this year, so those are nos. I guess in theory they could squeeze a wedding in after Thanksgiving but before hosting a Sunday night game against the Texans the following week... but this honestly sounds insane and would be such a distraction. The team is unlikely to be as good as it has been the last few years but I'd be surprised if they don't make the playoffs. Unless half the team is taking several weeks off to attend Taylor Swift's wedding in November or December. In that scenario, if they didn't make the playoffs, everyone would blame Taylor and Travis.

They will get married in the spring. I don't know if it will be Bezos/Sanchez level, but neither of them are known for being understated, shrinking violets. They have a TON of very famous friends who they socialize with regularly. Like do you really see them getting married without Gigi (and Bradley Cooper), the Mahomes, Jason and Kylie, Jack Antonoff (married to Margaret Qualley), the HAIM sisters, etc.? I do not. There are other celebs I could see going with just close family and non-famous friends, but not this couple.

I think they will get married in late spring and it will be a SCENE. They may try to keep it under wraps, but the star power (and private jet attendance) will turn it into a circus no matter what.

^meant to say that the half the team would be taking several DAYS off to attend the wedding, not weeks.

I expect the breakup will be announcement in April or May. Can't wait.

I totally disagree. I think they get married this fall, before she turns 36 in December. Even if this is a charade, I don't see an angle for a breakup next spring. Do you?

Yes. The angle is the whole point of the "relationship" is to sell concert tickets and football merch. There won't be any need for the relationship once he retires.

You said that last season and the season before, too. If it continues, next you'll move the goal posts to they're just together so he can segue to Hollywood, THEN they'll break up.

The reason I don't think it's real is because of how orchestrated everything is. Who has a professional photographers there to document their engagement? That snacks of a publicity setup.

If they actually marry I'll admit I was wrong. And if they don't marry I'll come here and gloat.

from the lady who doesn't know that couples have been orchestrating/documenting/photographing their engagements for ever.
spécial?

Well excuse me for getting engaged with just my fiancé. Call me crazy.

Just out of touch and myopic.

Sorry your finance didn’t think of it,

There would be no point because we are not on The Gram like Tay and her Taylievers

They will break up around the start of baseball season, which is late March to early April

Because nobody would care to see it. But if you’ve seen Taylor’s engagement pics they you are using social media and consuming it. It’s meant for people like you.

DP and I agree it's nothing new, but it *is* cringey. Why not just take a selfie right afterwards like most people do. Post or don't post, I don't care (I am a don't post person but I don't care what other people do). But the clearly professional photos feel wrong to me. I just think it should be a private moment and I also think there is benefit to your memory of the event being shaped by your brain and not what you see in the photos of it. Just my opinion.

Did you have a professional photographer and/or videographer at your wedding?

So if people don't care to see engagement photos on social media, why do people go to the trouble to set up the fake surprise engagement (with hand over the mouth in "shock") and post such "surprise" and"spontaneous" events for their Tayliebers? It is to make money for photogs?

I don’t know why did you look at them and feel compelled to on and on about them? You’re as much of a sucker as the rest.

Do you know anyone completely caught off guard by an engagement and didn’t have a clue? Input in to the ring? Maybe new to get their nails done and makeup right for the inevitable pics after? Come on.
