The comedian with all the racist lines was egregious but it's in line with the rest of the rally. They use words like "invasion" and "lowlifes" to describe immigrants and people who live in cities (while also praising NYC and claiming Trump "made" the city). It's very creepy.

Anyway Trump is talking now and he has less energy than most of the speakers who preceded him. He speaks in this dull monotone. The only person less convincing was melania who appeared to read her speech without comprehending it.

I just don't understand what is compelling about this unless you've just given up on life. It's offensive yes. But it's also just a bummer and extremely depressing.

No one is for open borders. If there were open borders, then interdictions and apprehensions would be down to zero, and there would be no deportations. Instead, all of those are up under Biden.

The thing is: he doesn't actually think Harris is Samoan. He just doesn't care what she is. It's all the same to him -- brown people are interchangeable to him. They are just the enemy.
