So the US recently agreed to allow pre clearance of travelers from Israel. We should re-examine this issue after the total failure of Israel security. |
That is Trump’s fault. He said he believed Putin over US intelligence. Republican stood up and cheered! |
I don’t remember celebrations by Americans all over the nation re: Mahmudiya rape and killings. |
Netanyahu as horrible as he is supposed to know Hamas would gang rape little boys on camera and “Good Germans” like you would exalt inward and defend outwardly - I’m not sure anyone could anticipate the banality of your evil, PP. |
LOLOL |
Bibi allied himself with Putin after the atrocities in the Ukraine. Birds of a feathers. |
What a total non sequitur. |
Americans are not living under brutal military occupation, desperate for a win at any cost to avenge their dispossession, Israeli apartheid, and death and disfigurement of generations of youth. Desperation is ugly. I blame the people who made all Palestinian civilians this desperate as much as I blame the madmen who carried out these attacks. We have to internalize our role in this situation. |
Post the trail. |
This is Israel’s version of January 6th. The Likud nihilist politicos told the military to stand down and have been undermining the generals for the last year. The US and Israel have an intel sharing agreement. I guarantee the US picked up the chatter of thousands of Gaza’s militants mobilizing, warned their Israel counterparts, and then Bibi and his gang sat on the info. Israel intel knew about this, but the civilian politicos wouldn’t approve beefing up manpower. This entire incident represents a craven sandbagging of Israel’s national security so Likud can centralize power. The irony, of course, is the Likud’s hardcore constituency doesn’t serve in the military or were the ones getting attacked and kidnapped at the settlements. Instead of blaming Bibi, these traumatized folks will run right back into his arms. |
I would say a number of Americans would disagree with you right now. |
You are disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. |
Um, yes? You might want to go an study some recent history - like when both Egypt and Israel closed their borders to Gaza a mere 20 years ago. There were conditions that would have allowed the borders to remain open - namely recognition of Israel's right to exist and a disavowal of violence. Hamas declined to do so. That was a choice. |
Well if you’re one of those Americans, I think you should look deeper. The only things you can fix are under your control, so it’s an empowering exercise to look to see what you can control. I side with the innocent civilians on all sides. I condemn the violence of the Israeli government and the Palestinian fighters. |
