He was declared dead at a hospital a short 10 minutes after he was shot. So there could not have been much that happened.

How close was the hospital? Did the drivers even know how to get there? I assume he had zero chance without EMS on scene and an ambulance to stabilize him en route to hospital. Private transport after that sort of wound is futile.

The “woman” he was dating is trans and Kirk is very vocal about transgenderism being a mental disorder. Some people are very triggered when you call a spade a spade.
